Cashback through Bargenza is a rebate program — not a guaranteed discount or coupon. When you purchase eligible products and successfully complete the required steps (purchase, receipt upload, and verification), Bargenza credits a cash reward to your in-app wallet. Cashback amounts listed on any offer are the maximum amounts payable upon successful verification. Actual amounts may vary depending on the offer terms, product purchased, retailer, and purchase date.
• Receipt review: 1–5 business days after submission • Cashback approval: 3–14 business days after review • Verification/hold period: Cashback may remain on hold for up to 14 days after approval before it becomes available for withdrawal • Payout processing: 5–10 business days after payout request • Minimum payout threshold: $10.00 Cashback may first appear as "Pending" or "On Hold" in your wallet. Cashback is not withdrawable until it becomes "Available." Timelines are estimates and may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or if additional verification is required.
Cashback in your wallet moves through the following statuses: • Pending — Cashback is awaiting verification after you submit a receipt. • On Hold — Cashback has been approved but is in a verification/hold period (up to 14 days) before it becomes withdrawable. • Available — Cashback is ready to withdraw (subject to the $10 minimum). • Paid — Cashback has been sent to your external payout method. • Reversed/Cancelled — Cashback was deducted because the purchase was returned, refunded, or determined to be ineligible. Cashback is not withdrawable until it becomes "Available." Always rely on the status shown in your Cashback Wallet.
To qualify for cashback: • You must purchase the exact product specified in the offer (correct brand, size, variety) • The purchase must be made at a participating retailer during the offer validity window • Your receipt must be legible and show the qualifying item, price, retailer name, and purchase date • The offer must not have reached its maximum redemption limit • You must submit the receipt through the Bargenza app within 14 days of purchase One cashback redemption per household per offer unless otherwise stated.
Cashback may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reversed when: • The receipt is blurry, incomplete, or altered • The purchase date is outside the offer window • The purchased item does not match the qualifying product • The same receipt has already been submitted • The offer limit has been reached • The submission appears fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service • A qualifying purchase is returned or refunded • A transaction cannot be verified by the retailer or affiliate network • A duplicate or ineligible transaction is detected after crediting • Suspected fraud or abuse is identified Rejected submissions cannot be reprocessed. You may contact support within 7 days of rejection to dispute a decision. Cashback that has already been credited may be reversed or cancelled if a qualifying purchase is later returned, refunded, or determined to be ineligible. If cashback was already paid out, the amount may be recovered from future cashback earnings. Always rely on the status shown in your Cashback Wallet.
• Minimum cashback wallet balance required for payout: $10.00 • Supported payout methods: PayPal, bank transfer (ACH) • PayPal payouts: typically 1–3 business days • Bank transfer payouts: typically 3–7 business days • Payout requests cannot be cancelled once initiated • Bargenza is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors For users earning $600 or more in a calendar year, Bargenza may be required to issue a 1099-NEC tax form. Please keep this in mind for your personal tax records.
