Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Bargenza app. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Bargenza.
By accessing or using Bargenza ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Bargenza. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Cashback rewards are subject to offer terms, retailer verification, and platform review. Cashback may first appear as "Pending" or "On Hold" in your wallet and is not withdrawable until it becomes "Available." An applicable verification or hold period may last up to 14 days. Bargenza reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, returns, refunds, or policy violations. Cashback remains subject to Bargenza's eligibility, return, refund, fraud, abuse, and reversal rules even after it becomes Available or has been paid. Minimum withdrawal threshold is $10. Rewards have no cash value until Available and may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Coupons available through Bargenza are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, duplicating, or misusing coupons is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Bargenza is not responsible for retailer refusal to accept coupons.
By uploading a receipt, you confirm that it is a genuine, unaltered receipt from an actual purchase. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or duplicate receipts is prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and legal action. Bargenza uses automated systems and human review to verify submissions.
You agree not to: (a) create multiple accounts to receive duplicate rewards; (b) use automated bots or scripts; (c) submit false or fraudulent receipts; (d) resell or transfer cashback rewards; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the App; (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Merchants on Bargenza agree to honor their listed offers and coupons. Bargenza acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for merchant fulfillment failures. Merchant accounts are subject to separate merchant agreements.
Cashback rewards may be taxable income. Users who earn $600 or more in a calendar year may receive a 1099-NEC form. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on rewards received through Bargenza. Bargenza may request W-9 information before issuing payouts above IRS thresholds.
All content, branding, and technology in the App is owned by Bargenza or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bargenza does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any deals, coupons, or cashback offers. Savings amounts shown are estimates and may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bargenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost savings, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of cashback rewards in your wallet at the time of the claim.
Bargenza may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Pending rewards may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
