FTC Disclosure: Bargenza participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn commissions when you click links and make purchases. This disclosure is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Affiliate marketing is a performance-based marketing arrangement where Bargenza earns a commission when you click on a link to a merchant's website and subsequently make a qualifying purchase. This is a standard practice used by many apps and websites. It does not change the price you pay — in most cases, affiliate relationships allow us to offer you cashback rewards we couldn't otherwise fund.
Bargenza maintains affiliate partnerships with: • Grocery retailers and supermarket chains • CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands • Online grocery delivery services • Health, wellness, and specialty food brands • General retailers that carry grocery and household products We are participants in affiliate networks including but not limited to: Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate), Impact Radius, Rakuten Advertising, and direct merchant programs. When you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, Bargenza typically earns a commission of 1%–15% of the sale value, depending on the merchant and product category.
Bargenza shares a portion of affiliate commission revenue with you in the form of cashback rewards. When you earn $1.50 cashback on a product, Bargenza funded that reward (in whole or in part) from the affiliate commission earned on your purchase. Our standard revenue share is approximately 50% passed to users as cashback and 50% retained by Bargenza to operate the platform. Specific cashback amounts are always disclosed on each individual offer card before you activate or clip an offer.
Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we feature or how we present them. We strive to surface the best available savings regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists. We do not accept payment from merchants to inflate ratings, suppress negative information, or misrepresent offer values. Featured and sponsored placements are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Featured" in the app interface. Our cashback amounts and offer terms are set at the time of publication and are not retroactively altered to benefit affiliate partners.
Some merchants pay Bargenza directly to feature their deals prominently in the app (in the "Sponsored" or "Featured" sections). This is separate from affiliate commission and represents paid advertising. Sponsored content is always: • Labeled with a "Sponsored" badge • Subject to the same cashback verification standards as organic offers • Reviewed by our team for accuracy before publishing Bargenza does not guarantee the accuracy of merchant-submitted promotional content, though we make reasonable efforts to verify claims before publication.
Links to merchant websites, affiliate networks, and partner services are provided for your convenience. Bargenza does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. When you leave the Bargenza app via an affiliate link, your interaction with the merchant's website is governed by that merchant's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies before making a purchase. Tracking cookies or pixels may be set by affiliate networks when you click through a Bargenza affiliate link. These are used solely for commission tracking purposes and are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
